Getting Big!!!

Isaac is almost rolling over!! He keeps getting his arm stuck underneath him, and then he'll fall asleep on his side trying. :) He's still sleeping about 10 hours at night without waking up. He's not so laid back when he's awake though. He likes to be held alot...that could have something to do with the fact that I've been holding him alot lately, trying to soak in all his baby-ness since this is my last one.

Elijah had his 2 year check up last Friday, and I've realized that he's really tiny for his age. He's in like the 10th percentile for weight and the 5th for height. I've been concerned with his speech lately...he's not putting 2 words together or anything yet, so I had her check that and she said that he's fine. Boys apparently talk later than girls. I counted up all the words he says, and it comes to about 50. She said that if I'm still concerned about it in 6 months, then I can bring him back and she'll check him again. So we'll see... Oh, she also said that he has fluid in one of his ears and that could be why he's been getting up at night and why he isn't talking so much too. Ever since I started him on the antibiotic she prescribed, he's been sleeping through the night. Yay!

Here's a video of Isaac talking and laughing.

Smiley boy

Here's a video I took a while back of Isaac smiling and cooing. He went to the dr. last Friday and weighed in at 13lbs. and 25in. long! He smiles and tries to talk so much now...I love it! :)

These are pictures from December when we got the first snow of the season and the girls decorating Christmas cookies.

Christmas

We had a great Christmas! It was so special, because this is the last year that we would have a "baby's first Christmas". Isaac obviously had no idea what was going on, but the other kids had a blast. This was also the first year that Elijah kinda understood what was going on. He loved it!! We spent Christmas morning at home and then went to my mom's for a late breakfast with my sisters and their families. Here's some pics of the kids with their presents. :)
