Happy Birthday Chloe!!!

My baby girl Chloe is 4!!!! She is such a little angel and I love her so much!

Her actual birthday was the 29th. Instead of having a party for her with all of our friends and family, we took just her and Laney to a Deanna Rose. She really had a good time. We were gonna have a party, but a couple of our friends with kids were out of town that weekend and so were both of my sisters, so we decided she'd have more fun if we went somewhere. I nearly died walking around all day out in this hot humid weather, but it was still a fun day! Here's a few pictures from the farm...




Sunday we went to my mom's house for dinner and birthday cake. I felt so bad...I got this crown for Chloe without looking at it closely, and when I started taking pictures, I realized it says "Bride to be" :P She still loved it...that's all that matters right? My neice made Chloe a doll cake and she loved it! She couldn't stop looking at it. Here's the pics from her party at grandma's...




Mike's still working out of town. I think next week will be his last, thank goodness. We're planning on going to Oklahoma to see some of Mike's side of the family this weekend. We'll leave on Friday and come back Monday. Our anniversary is Sunday...7 years!!! I love him more every day! He's my everything and I couldn't imagine spending my life with someone else. I thank God every day that He brought us together!

We took the kids to T-Rex at the Legends on Saturday and they had so much fun! We've been there once before to eat, but they didn't get go into the digging area, so we let them do that while we waited for a table. Elijah was so funny...when we would try to stand him up in the sand barefoot, he would cringe and pull his legs back up. We finally just let him go and he got used to it, but he started eating the sand. :P

Fun at Crown Center...

We had a not so good 4th. I woke up with a horrible stomach flu and was sick all day. The kids got to do a few fireworks, but it ended up raining, so we didn't get to do most of them. I called the dr. at about 7 or 8 that evening, and he said I should come into labor and delivery to get some IV fluids since I wasn't keeping anything down and a dose of anti-nausea medicine. That helped, but we didn't get home till around 11:30 and Mike had to be up at 4 to go out of town the next morning. So I dropped Mike off at home, drove my mom home (she watched the kids while we went) and came home and went to bed. The next morning, I got up with Mike and Laney came into the kitchen and said her belly hurt right before throwing up all over the floor. Chloe and Elijah woke up sick too, so I had 3 sick kids and no hubby or mom (she went out of town that morning too) to help me. Ugh...we had a rough week, but we're all better now. Hopefully it stays that way!

Midwife appointment

My appt. went really well. I got alot of questions answered about my labor and delivery and how much she's there during it and stuff. The baby's heartbeat was 166, so that's making me think girl, but this baby kicks alot like Elijah did...I don't know. I think it's just trying to fool me. :) I also went to the chiropractor and got adjusted. I have to go back tomorrow too. I have really bad migraines and sciatic nerve pain, and I need relief! Chloe and Laney were sitting in my mom's yard the other day, and they just looked too cute, I had to take some pics...

We've been so busy lately...I'm exhausted. Elijah is so different than the girls. I can't take my eyes off of him for a second. He lunged off the end of the couch a couple of days ago...luckily someone caught him by the arm and he just flipped over onto his feet. He took off laughing, trying to find something else to do to give mommy a heart attack! If this next baby is a boy, I think I might go crazy. :P
Our good friends Matt and Wendy are leaving tomorrow to move to Canada. We are gonna miss them so much! Laney and Chloe are really gonna miss Morgan. I can't even talk about them leaving or Laney starts crying. Here's a picture of the girls with Morgan saying goodbye...

Elijah loves to play ring-around-the-rosey. Whenever I mention it, he comes flying into the room trying to find one or both of the girls and grabs their hands. It's so cute! He has to clap for himself afterwards too. :)

Ultrasound

We had the big ultrasound yesterday, and everything looks great!! We didn't find out the sex!!! Yay for us! It wasn't actually that hard for us...with this most likely being our last, we wanted it to be a surprise. I kept turning away from the screen, afraid that it would just kinda pop up on there, but it never did...thankfully! The ultrasound technician would tell us every once in a while to not look so that she could measure the thigh bone or something. She said that she saw what it was, and I was afraid that she would slip and call it he or she, but she didn't. So we definitely don't know what we're having, which is gonna be a totally different experience than the other 3. This is a fun surprise!! I'm measuring right on target...a day ahead actually and the baby looks great!!
